We offer a full refund on all products purchased directly from jsospa.com within 30 days of the delivery date. We want you to feel confident trying our products, knowing that your satisfaction is guaranteed.

To be eligible for a refund, products must be at least 75% full. We understand that you need to use our products to determine if they work for your skin, so we allow reasonable usage before requesting a refund.

How to Request a Refund

Submit Your Request

Email hello@jsospa.com with your order number, the products you wish to return, and the reason for your refund request.

Receive Confirmation

Our team will review your request and respond within 24-48 hours with instructions and a prepaid return label.

Return Your Products

Ship the products back to us using the provided label. Keep your tracking number for reference.

Receive Your Refund

Once we receive and inspect the returned items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Refund Amounts

Full Product Refund: You will receive a full refund for the purchase price of the returned products.

Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.).

Promotional Discounts: If you used a promotional code or received a discount, the refund will reflect the actual amount paid after the discount was applied.

Exceptions

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Gift cards and e-gift certificates
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Products used more than 25%
  • Items purchased from unauthorized retailers
  • Requests made after the 30-day window

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the damage and your order number. We will either:

  • Send a replacement at no additional cost
  • Issue a full refund including original shipping costs

You will not need to return damaged products unless specifically requested.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after 10 business days from our confirmation email, please:

  • Check your bank account or credit card statement again
  • Contact your bank or credit card company, as processing times may vary
