Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Item must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date
- Products must be at least 75% full (we understand you need to try them)
- Original packaging is preferred but not required
- Gift sets must be returned as a complete set
How to Initiate a Return

Receive Return Label
We'll send you a prepaid return shipping label within 24 hours.
Ship Your Return
Pack your items securely and drop off at any authorized shipping location.
Receive Your Refund
Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
Refund Information
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account after we process your return.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect items).
Promotional items and gifts included with your order may need to be returned for a full refund.
Exchanges
Want to try a different product? We offer free exchanges on all orders. Simply contact us with your order number and the product you'd like to exchange for.
If the new item has a higher price, we'll send you a payment link for the difference. If it's lower, we'll refund the difference to your original payment method.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll send a replacement at no cost to you or issue a full refund, including shipping.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Final sale items (marked as such at checkout)
- Gift cards
- Items purchased from unauthorized retailers
